Resnova geh\u00f6rt, begann im Jahr 2023 mit der digitalen Transformation seines Kundendienstes. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung der Selbstbedienungsl\u00f6sungen von Tjekvik konnte das Autohaus die Servicezeiten verl\u00e4ngern, die betriebliche Effizienz steigern und das Kundenerlebnis verbessern. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vor der Einf\u00fchrung des Indoor Terminals von Tjekvik sah sich BMW Gr\u00fcnblau mit einer Herausforderung konfrontiert, die vielen Autoh\u00e4usern gemein war: Die \u00d6ffnungszeiten des Kundendienstes entsprachen nicht ganz den Kundenbed\u00fcrfnissen (Schlie\u00dfung zur Mittagszeit und nach 18.00 Uhr am Nachmittag), und die Abgabe und Abholung von Fahrzeugen musste innerhalb eines begrenzten Zeitrahmens erfolgen.<\/p><p>In vielen F\u00e4llen mussten die Kunden mehrere Minuten warten, bis sie ihre Schl\u00fcssel abholen data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>BMW Gr\u00fcnblau installierte den Indoor Terminal von Tjekvik in einem eigens daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen, \u00fcberdachten Bereich zwischen der Rezeption und dem Outdoor Terminal, so dass die Kunden von 8:00 Uhr morgens bis 21:00 Uhr abends Zugang zum Terminal haben.<\/p><p>Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen Kunden ihre Fahrzeuge selbstst\u00e4ndig abholen, und zwar zu einem Zeitpunkt, der ihnen am besten passt, auch au\u00dferhalb der \u00fcblichen Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten des Autohauses.<\/p><p>Infolgedessen m\u00fcssen 50 % der Kunden nicht mehr an der Rezeption anhalten, sondern gehen direkt zum Terminal, um ihre Autoschl\u00fcssel abzuholen oder abzugeben. Nur Kunden, die sich um Versicherungsangelegenheiten oder komplexere Reparaturen k\u00fcmmern m\u00fcssen, werden von einem Berater pers\u00f6nlich betreut.
