El grupo cuenta con 21 concesionarios de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que representan marcas como Dacia, Kia, Renault y Volkswagen. <\/p>\n<p>Uno de los centros insignia de JCB est\u00e1 en Crawley, especializado en veh\u00edculos \u0160koda, SEAT y Cupra, y presta servicio a una zona de captaci\u00f3n densamente poblada que incluye Crawley, Gatwick, Haywards Heath y partes del Gran Londres.  <\/p>\n<p>El amplio departamento de posventa de JCB Crawley cuenta con nueve puestos de servicio y emplea a ocho t\u00e9cnicos, dos asesores de servicio a tiempo completo y un administrador de servicio.  <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Paul Jacobs, Director de Posventa de JCB Crawley: \u00abNuestro departamento de posventa ha crecido considerablemente en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os debido al aumento del negocio en el lado de las ventas. Ahora atendemos una media de 20 a 25 reservas al d\u00eda, lo que significa que la afluencia puede ser elevada en las horas punta, cuando los clientes llegan para dejar y recoger sus veh\u00edculos. Esto puede suponer una presi\u00f3n para nuestro personal, que quiere ofrecer el mismo nivel de servicio en todo momento del d\u00eda. Las tecnolog\u00edas digitales de registro de entrada y salida eliminan la necesidad de que los clientes esperen a que un asesor de servicio est\u00e9 disponible. En su lugar, pueden facturar y retirar sus veh\u00edculos en el momento y lugar que les convenga, bien con antelaci\u00f3n en un sitio web espec\u00edfico optimizado para m\u00f3viles, bien a trav\u00e9s de un quiosco con pantalla t\u00e1ctil f\u00e1cil de usar situado en el interior de la sala de exposici\u00f3n. Los clientes pueden utilizar el quiosco para resaltar la ubicaci\u00f3n de sus veh\u00edculos, dejar las llaves de forma segura en las taquillas incorporadas y comprar art\u00edculos de valor a\u00f1adido.     <\/p>\n<p>Tras un periodo inicial de formaci\u00f3n en el que se explic\u00f3 al personal c\u00f3mo utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda y c\u00f3mo pod\u00eda integrarse eficazmente con el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de concesionarios de JCB, JCB Crawley vio inmediatamente las ventajas. Las colas disminuyeron, los clientes estaban m\u00e1s contentos y el personal se sent\u00eda menos presionado en las horas punta. <\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de muchos concesionarios que adoptan las soluciones de Tjekvik, JCB Crawley tambi\u00e9n decidi\u00f3 emplear a un anfitri\u00f3n dedicado al concesionario, Steve Martin, que introduce a los clientes en el quiosco Tjekvik, garantizando un proceso de registro sin problemas para los menos familiarizados con este tipo de sistemas. \u00abComo ocurre con cualquier tecnolog\u00eda nueva, la mayor\u00eda de los clientes desconfiaban inicialmente del dispositivo. Algo parecido a la primera vez que los viajeros utilizaban la facturaci\u00f3n automatizada y la entrega de maletas en los aeropuertos. Tener a Steve &#8216;de canguro&#8217; de los clientes mientras utilizan el dispositivo marca una gran diferencia. Apenas llevamos 6 meses con nuestros nuevos procesos, as\u00ed que todav\u00eda hay clientes que no han experimentado la interacci\u00f3n \u00abanfitri\u00f3n\/Tjekvik\u00bb en Crawley. La formaci\u00f3n y la demostraci\u00f3n de las ventajas a nuestros clientes todav\u00eda tiene un camino que recorrer y, sin duda, nos beneficiaremos de los pr\u00f3ximos 6 meses\u00bb, a\u00f1ade Paul. <\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ayudar a los clientes a facturar in situ, Steve, el concesionario anfitri\u00f3n de JCB Crawley, llama previamente a los clientes el d\u00eda anterior a su reserva para animarles a utilizar la soluci\u00f3n de facturaci\u00f3n a domicilio de Tjekvik.
