class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Concesionarios de 34 pa\u00edses utilizan ya las soluciones de Tjekvik, dando a los clientes la flexibilidad de facturar y retirar sus veh\u00edculos en el momento y aument\u00f3 considerablemente en 2025, con m\u00e1s de cinco millones de usuarios de soluciones digitales de registro de entrada y salida para dejar o recoger sus veh\u00edculos tras una revisi\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las nuevas cifras de Tjekvik, l\u00edder del mercado en tecnolog\u00edas de autoservicio postventa, destacan un aumento del 21% de las interacciones digitales el a\u00f1o pasado en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las soluciones de autoservicio de Tjekvik ofrecen a los clientes la flexibilidad de facturar y retirar sus veh\u00edculos en el momento y lugar que m\u00e1s les convenga, ya sea en casa utilizando un sitio optimizado para m\u00f3viles, o en los concesionarios mediante tabletas y terminales de pantalla t\u00e1ctil f\u00e1ciles de usar.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2025, cada vez m\u00e1s clientes han utilizado el autoservicio digital para dar instrucciones previas al servicio, seleccionar art\u00edculos de valor a\u00f1adido, dar su autorizaci\u00f3n y dejar sus llaves.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Millones eligieron el autoservicio para agilizar las citas<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comodidad del autoservicio digital y la posibilidad de evitar colas han impulsado a m\u00e1s clientes a utilizar las soluciones de Tjekvik en 2025.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma m\u00e1s popular de interacci\u00f3n digital fue <a href=\"https:\/\/tjekvik.com\/es\/check-in-online-desde-casa\/\" title=\"\">la facturaci\u00f3n a domicilio<\/a>, en la que casi <strong>3,3 millones de clientes<\/strong> de todo el mundo utilizaron las soluciones de Tjekvik para facturar sus veh\u00edculos para revisi\u00f3n o reparaci\u00f3n desde la comodidad de sus hogares, un 22% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchos clientes continuaron su viaje digital en el concesionario, con <strong>1,4 millones de clientes<\/strong> que utilizaron <a href=\"https:\/\/tjekvik.com\/es\/terminales-en-el-concesionario\/\" title=\"\">los terminales t\u00e1ctiles de Tjekvik<\/a> para facturar sus veh\u00edculos, lo que supone un aumento del 15% respecto a 2024.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, 352.397 clientes utilizaron las soluciones de caja digital de Tjekvik al recoger sus veh\u00edculos, lo que supone un aumento del 45%.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aumento del gasto gracias a la digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso generalizado del autoservicio digital significa que los concesionarios son cada vez m\u00e1s capaces de generar ingresos incrementales de posventa que quiz\u00e1 no hubieran sido posibles a trav\u00e9s de los medios tradicionales de interacci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El registro digital permite a los concesionarios automatizar la promoci\u00f3n de productos y servicios de valor a\u00f1adido a los clientes, como neum\u00e1ticos espec\u00edficos para cada temporada, lubricantes premium, revisiones del aire acondicionado y planes de servicio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las soluciones digitales de autoservicio de Tjekvik aportaron <strong>a los concesionarios<\/strong> m\u00e1s de <strong>19,5 millones de euros de ingresos adicionales<\/strong> el a\u00f1o pasado a trav\u00e9s de las ventas de valor a\u00f1adido, lo que supone un aumento del 13% respecto a 2024.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total, se vendieron 487.299 art\u00edculos de valor a\u00f1adido, siendo la lubricaci\u00f3n y los aditivos (79.685), seguidos del sistema el\u00e9ctrico (55.992) y la actualizaci\u00f3n del aire acondicionado (52.207) las opciones m\u00e1s populares.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofrecer a los clientes de posventa soluciones digitales de autoservicio tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 teniendo un impacto positivo en los equipos de ventas de los concesionarios.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las soluciones de registro digital de Tjekvik registraron 166.527 solicitudes de valoraci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos, un 21% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior, lo que contribuy\u00f3 a crear valiosas oportunidades de venta de gran inter\u00e9s para los ejecutivos de ventas y los
