Des changements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s tant sur le plan commercial qu&rsquo;en termes d&rsquo;innovation, et J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler a \u00e9t\u00e9 le concessionnaire Kia le plus vendeur du Danemark \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.    <\/p><p>La popularit\u00e9 croissante de la vaste gamme de v\u00e9hicules Kia au Danemark, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la solide r\u00e9putation de J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler aupr\u00e8s des clients, a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de la fr\u00e9quentation au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Comme chez la plupart des concessionnaires, le service apr\u00e8s-vente de J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation du nombre de clients qui venaient d\u00e9poser ou r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur v\u00e9hicule pour un entretien ou une r\u00e9paration. La situation \u00e9tait loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre id\u00e9ale. <\/p><p>Le personnel \u00e9tait \u00e9galement plus stress\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait confront\u00e9 \u00e0 ces files d&rsquo;attente plus longues ; le niveau d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 augmentait lorsqu&rsquo;il tentait d&rsquo;accorder \u00e0 chaque client l&rsquo;attention qu&rsquo;il m\u00e9ritait, tout en s&rsquo;occupant des autres t\u00e2ches administratives et apr\u00e8s-vente exig\u00e9es d&rsquo;un service apr\u00e8s-vente de premier plan.<\/p><p>Pour s&rsquo;assurer que ses clients re\u00e7oivent le meilleur service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler s&rsquo;est tourn\u00e9 en mars 2021 vers Tjekvik et sa gamme de solutions intelligentes de libre-service.
