Gr\u00fcnblau, qui fait partie du Grupo Resnova, s&rsquo;est lanc\u00e9 en 2023 dans une transformation num\u00e9rique de ses op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-vente. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction des solutions de libre-service de Tjekvik, la concession a pu \u00e9tendre les heures de service, augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi commun \u00e0 de nombreuses bornes : avec des horaires d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-vente qui ne r\u00e9pondaient pas enti\u00e8rement aux besoins des clients (fermeture \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du d\u00e9jeuner et apr\u00e8s 18 heures l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi), la d\u00e9pose et la reprise des v\u00e9hicules devaient se faire dans le cadre d&rsquo;un emploi du temps limit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Dans de nombreux cas, les clients attendaient plusieurs minutes pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leurs cl\u00e9s, ce qui obligeait les conseillers \u00e0 faire des heures ferm\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9, situ\u00e9 entre la r\u00e9ception et le parking ext\u00e9rieur, permettant aux clients d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la borne de 8h00 \u00e0 21h00.<\/p><p>Ainsi, les clients peuvent r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur v\u00e9hicule de mani\u00e8re autonome, \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure qui leur convient le mieux, m\u00eame en dehors des heures d&rsquo;ouverture de la concession.<\/p><p>Ainsi, 50 % des clients n&rsquo;ont plus besoin de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception, ils se rendent directement au terminal pour prendre ou d\u00e9poser leurs cl\u00e9s de voiture. Seuls les clients qui ont besoin de r\u00e9gler des questions d&rsquo;assurance ou des r\u00e9parations plus complexes sont pris en charge personnellement par un conseiller.
