assistenza post-vendita ai clienti del Kent e del Sussex. Il gruppo gestisce 21 concessionari all&#8217;avanguardia che rappresentano marchi come Dacia, Kia, Renault e Volkswagen. <\/p>\n<p>Uno dei siti di punta di JCB \u00e8 quello di Crawley, specializzato in veicoli \u0160koda, SEAT e Cupra e che serve un bacino d&#8217;utenza densamente popolato che comprende Crawley, Gatwick, Haywards Heath e parti della Grande Londra.  <\/p>\n<p>Il grande reparto post-vendita di JCB Crawley dispone di nove postazioni di assistenza e impiega otto tecnici, due consulenti di assistenza a tempo pieno e un amministratore dell&#8217;assistenza.  <\/p>\n<p>Secondo Paul Jacobs, Aftersales Manager di JCB Crawley: &#8220;Il nostro reparto post-vendita \u00e8 cresciuto notevolmente negli ultimi tre anni grazie all&#8217;aumento delle attivit\u00e0 di vendita. Ora abbiamo una media di 20-25 prenotazioni al giorno, il che significa che l&#8217;affluenza di pubblico pu\u00f2 essere elevata nelle ore di punta, quando i clienti arrivano per consegnare e ritirare i loro veicoli. Questo pu\u00f2 mettere sotto pressione il nostro personale, che vuole offrire gli stessi elevati standard di servizio in ogni momento della giornata. Le tecnologie digitali per il check-in e il check-out eliminano la necessit\u00e0 per i clienti di aspettare che un consulente di assistenza sia disponibile. Al contrario, possono effettuare il check-in e il check-out dei loro veicoli nel momento e nel luogo a loro pi\u00f9 congeniale, sia in anticipo su un sito dedicato ottimizzato per i dispositivi mobili, sia tramite un chiosco touchscreen di facile utilizzo situato all&#8217;interno dello showroom. I clienti possono utilizzare il chiosco per evidenziare la posizione dei loro veicoli, consegnare le chiavi in modo sicuro in appositi armadietti e acquistare altri articoli a valore aggiunto.     <\/p>\n<p>Dopo un periodo di formazione iniziale in cui il personale \u00e8 stato istruito su come utilizzare la tecnologia e su come integrarla efficacemente con il sistema di gestione dei concessionari JCB esistente, JCB Crawley ha visto immediatamente i benefici. Le code sono diminuite, i clienti sono stati pi\u00f9 soddisfatti e il personale si \u00e8 sentito meno sotto pressione nei momenti di punta. <\/p>\n<p>A differenza di molti concessionari che adottano le soluzioni Tjekvik, JCB Crawley ha deciso di impiegare un dealer host dedicato, Steve Martin, che introduce i clienti al chiosco Tjekvik, assicurando un processo di check-in senza intoppi per coloro che non hanno familiarit\u00e0 con tali sistemi. &#8220;Come con qualsiasi nuova tecnologia, la maggior parte dei clienti era inizialmente &#8216;diffidente&#8217; nei confronti del dispositivo. \u00c8 come se i viaggiatori utilizzassero per la prima volta il check-in automatizzato e la consegna dei bagagli negli aeroporti. Avere Steve che fa da &#8216;babysitter&#8217; ai clienti durante l&#8217;utilizzo del dispositivo fa un&#8217;enorme differenza. Abbiamo appena percorso 6 mesi con i nostri nuovi processi, quindi ci sono ancora clienti che non hanno sperimentato l&#8217;interazione &#8220;host\/Tjekvik&#8221; a Crawley. La formazione e la dimostrazione dei vantaggi per i nostri clienti \u00e8 ancora lunga e senza dubbio trarremo beneficio dai prossimi 6 mesi&#8221;, aggiunge Paul. <\/p>\n<p>Oltre ad aiutare i clienti a effettuare il check-in in loco, Steve, il dealer host di JCB Crawley, chiama i clienti il giorno prima della prenotazione per incoraggiare l&#8217;uso della soluzione di check-in a domicilio di Tjekvik. Mi occupo del pre-call e supervisiono l&#8217;intero processo. \u00c8 davvero appagante assistere all&#8217;intero percorso e vedere i risultati tangibili&#8221; aggiunge Steve.   <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;arrivo del check-in digitale ha anche permesso ai consulenti dell&#8217;assistenza di JCB Crawley di dedicare pi\u00f9 tempo ai clienti che necessitano di ulteriore assistenza, oltre che ad altre attivit\u00e0 che in precedenza sarebbero state dedicate all&#8217;elaborazione dei clienti.
