Con 68 stabilimenti in tutto il paese e circa 2.400 dipendenti, Din Bil si occupa della vendita, dell&#8217;assistenza e della riparazione della vasta gamma di modelli del Gruppo Volkswagen. <\/p><p>Con oltre 60.000 auto vendute nel 2022 e un fatturato complessivo di oltre 22 miliardi di corone svedesi (19 milioni di euro), Din Bil \u00e8 pi\u00f9 attiva che mai. I reparti post-vendita del gruppo hanno inevitabilmente registrato un&#8217;alta affluenza di clienti, soprattutto nelle ore di punta, quando i clienti consegnano o ritirano i loro veicoli. Anders Andreasson, responsabile dell&#8217;Aftersales di Din Bil, ha raccontato che inizialmente il team dell&#8217;Aftersales era un po&#8217; preoccupato: <\/p><p>&#8220;I nostri consulenti di assistenza hanno visto il potenziale di lasciare che Tjekvik si occupi del flusso dei clienti, ma come in ogni cambiamento dei processi, c&#8217;era anche chi si chiedeva se avrebbe funzionato davvero nella pratica. Tuttavia, una volta provato, ne hanno visto i vantaggi in prima persona, come la possibilit\u00e0 di fornire un servizio clienti eccellente quando necessario. Ora non sono solo d&#8217;accordo, ma cercano attivamente di migliorare il processo di assistenza&#8221;.  <\/p><p>La tecnologia di Tjekvik consente ai clienti di effettuare il check-in e il check-out dei loro veicoli come, quando e dove vogliono, sia a casa in anticipo su un sito ottimizzato per i dispositivi mobili, sia in concessionaria tramite chioschi touchscreen facili da usare e sicuri.
