Nel corso degli anni sono state vendute Mazda, Citro\u00ebn e Suzuki, ma l&#8217;amore per Kia \u00e8 durato dal 2002 e dura tuttora. Nel 2015 la famiglia \u00e8 cresciuta con l&#8217;aggiunta di Isuzu. Da allora J\u00f8rgen Hansen gestisce un&#8217;azienda sana e ben funzionante, che pu\u00f2 essere percepita nella comunit\u00e0 locale in cui si trova. Sono stati fatti dei cambiamenti sia dal punto di vista commerciale che da quello dell&#8217;innovazione e J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler \u00e8 stato pi\u00f9 volte il concessionario Kia pi\u00f9 venduto in Danimarca.    <\/p><p>La crescente popolarit\u00e0 dell&#8217;ampia gamma di veicoli Kia in Danimarca, unita alla solida reputazione di J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler presso i clienti, ha portato a un aumento dei livelli di affluenza negli ultimi anni. Come per la maggior parte dei concessionari, il reparto post-vendita di J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler era spesso in aumento, in quanto i clienti arrivavano per consegnare e ritirare i loro veicoli per la manutenzione e le riparazioni. A volte alcuni dei nostri clienti dovevano aspettare a lungo. Era tutt&#8217;altro che ideale&#8221;. <\/p><p>Il personale era anche pi\u00f9 stressato di fronte a queste code pi\u00f9 lunghe; i livelli di ansia aumentavano nel tentativo di fornire a ogni cliente l&#8217;attenzione che meritava, gestendo al tempo stesso le altre attivit\u00e0 amministrative e post-vendita richieste da un reparto post-vendita di punta.<\/p><p>Per garantire ai propri clienti il miglior servizio di assistenza, nel marzo 2021 J\u00f8rgen Hansen Biler si \u00e8 rivolta a Tjekvik e alla sua gamma di soluzioni self-service intelligenti.
