La soddisfazione complessiva dei clienti \u00e8 stata maggiore per coloro che hanno utilizzato il check-in digitale rispetto a quelli che hanno optato per il metodo tradizionale, con valutazioni rispettivamente di 8,8 e 8,6. <\/p><p>Il successo del progetto pilota \u00e8 stato tale che Caetano Baviera ha adottato il self-service digitale di Tjekvik in modo permanente nella sua sede di Lisbona e ha presto esteso il rollout alla sua concessionaria BMW e MINI nella pittoresca citt\u00e0 di Cascais, una sede che vede una media di 20 appuntamenti post-vendita al giorno.<\/p><p>Un numero crescente di clienti utilizza il check-in digitale in entrambe le sedi.
