operazioni post-vendita. Con l&#8217;introduzione delle soluzioni self-service di Tjekvik, la concessionaria \u00e8 stata in grado di estendere gli orari di assistenza, aumentare l&#8217;efficienza operativa e migliorare orari di assistenza che non soddisfacevano pienamente le esigenze dei clienti (chiusura all&#8217;ora di pranzo e dopo le 18:00 del pomeriggio), la consegna e il ritiro dei veicoli dovevano avvenire in un orario limitato.<\/p><p>In molti casi, i clienti aspettavano diversi minuti solo per ritirare le chiavi, facendo fare straordinari inutili ai consulenti il chiosco Indoor di Tjekvik in un&#8217;area dedicata e chiusa situata tra la reception e il parcheggio esterno, consentendo ai clienti di accedere al chiosco dalle 8:00 alle 21:00.<\/p><p>In questo modo, i clienti possono ritirare i loro veicoli in modo autonomo, nell&#8217;orario a loro pi\u00f9 congeniale, anche al di fuori degli orari di lavoro standard della concessionaria.<\/p><p>Di conseguenza, il 50% dei clienti non ha pi\u00f9 bisogno di fermarsi alla reception, ma si reca direttamente al terminal per ritirare o consegnare le chiavi dell&#8217;auto. Solo i clienti che devono occuparsi di questioni assicurative o di riparazioni pi\u00f9 complesse vengono seguiti personalmente da un consulente.
