Digital aftersales technology provider Tjekvik has appointed Martin Nørgaard Høgh as Chief Revenue Officer to support its next phase of growth across Europe and strengthen partnerships with dealer groups and aftersales service providers.
Nørgaard Høgh has more than 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, most recently as VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Connected Cars, a vehicle connectivity solutions specialist. He previously spent over seven years with Volkswagen in Denmark in sales and aftersales roles and has also held a number of entrepreneurial positions.
Tjekvik’s digital self-service systems are now used in 34 markets worldwide, helping franchised dealers reduce aftersales queues, improve operational efficiency and increase departmental revenue.

“Up to the end of Q3 this year, we’ve continued to see high rates of growth in dealer sign-ups and user adoption, with over three million digital interactions, up 20 per cent year-on-year. Martin will ensure we build on this momentum.”
Tjekvik’s platform enables customers to check in online or via on-site kiosks, easing peak-time pressure on service advisors and improving customer convenience. Dealers using the system have also generated more than £12 million in additional revenue this year through value-added product and service sales made during the digital check-in and check-out process.
