Most aftersales customers arrive at dealerships during peak periods in the early morning and late afternoon, often leading to long queues. Customers can check-in at home online, or at the dealership via easy-to-use touchscreen kiosks. Tjekvik’s kiosks provide pre-service instructions and allow customers to purchase added-value items, authorise work and securely drop-off their key within a dedicated locker. Once work has been completed, customers can easily collect their keys at the kiosk without requiring staff assistance.
Tjekvik will also offer dealers its Outdoor kiosk in Italy – a fully secure and weatherproof unit that allows customers to check-in and check-out their vehicle outside traditional opening hours.
With Tjekvik Mobility Connected, dealers will also be able to manage the allocation of courtesy cars and process all associated bookings, insurances, user agreements and key drop-off in one place.
