Why did Gates Harlow choose Tjekvik?

Gates Harlow had tried a self service solution before but was hampered by a manual, unintegrated and unreliable system. When they were presented with Tjekvik, an innovative self-service system, they jumped at the chance to try it.

Staff members at each site received live training, help with the set up and quick delivery so Gates Harlow could go live just eight weeks after they placed their order.

For the team at Gate’s Harlow, using Tjekvik has improved efficiency, quality and increased profits. According to Service Advisor Mihai Hanson, ‘It is one of the best upgrades that we have had at our site. It has helped us to serve multiple customers as it is a very efficient and simple process’
